CF Cards & Small Accessories have a £4.50 + VAT carriage charge - Next Day Service - When possible.
Machines and large Accessories have a £9.00 + VAT carriage charge - Next Day Service - When Possible.

We Accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Delta, Switch etc.)

VAT is charged at the standard rate on all products & services. The current rate is 17.5%.
Export orders going out of the European community are exempt from VAT.

All our products are sold new and factory fresh. They all have the manufacturers warranty.

If you think the Hardware or Software is faulty please Telephone / Fax / E-mail us as soon as possible, to arrange for its return to us to verify the fault. Faulty goods will be replaced during the first 30 days by Finger Technology Ltd. After this initial period the relevant manufacturer will deal with all warranty claims. Goods not found to be faulty will be returned to the customer. Goods found to have been damaged by the customer will be returned to the customer.
Products returned to Finger Technology Ltd. with scratched screens will be returned to the customer regardless of their age.
When returning goods please ensure that you enclose with the goods your Name, Address and a note describing the fault. Please also enclose all the product packaging and items that were included with the product.

Goods ordered, but not required, may be returned within 7 days for credit Please notify us before returning the goods. These goods must be still in their original packaging, unused, unopened and any seal on the packaging still intact. Please note that the carriage charge is not refunded and there will be a 15% re-stocking charge. If the original purchase was made by credit card the charges levied by the credit card company will also not be refunded.

Goods ordered will be despatched at the earliest possible moment but may be delayed by lack of availability, in which case you will be notified and you may cancel your order if you wish.

Goods remain the property of Finger Technology Ltd. until fully paid for.

All orders to be paid for in full prior to despatch.
All payments to be in UK £ sterling unless otherwise agreed prior to despatch.
21 day payment terms can be arranged, subject to negotation, by Government Departments, Public Limited Companies & certain other bodies. In which case an official written order, stating the agreed payment terms, will be required.
