NAVMAN GPS 3400 Satellite Receiver for iPAQ™ H3600, H3700, H3800 and the H3900 series with SmartST™ Professional GPS Mapping Software for Western Europe, allows you to plan and track your journey from one city or town to another, or simply guide you from on location in a city to another with street level detail and instructions. In addition to knowing how to get to your destination, you will also know where you are with an accuracy of 5 metres 95% of the time. The powerful combination of NAVMAN's GPS receiver, SmartPath GPS software and your iPAQ Handheld means you can now navigate whilst in the car or out walking.

Navman's all new SmartST™ Professional software combines the latest NavTech Mapping Data (as used by 70% of the automotive industry across Europe and over 90% used in the United States) with a unique and innovative user interface to produce an entirely new generation of navigation application.

Navigate by an address to a door, a street name, a intersection or to a point of interest selected from the integrated data base.

Advanced Features of SmartST™ Professional:
Single application - Giving country wide access to street level data. (UK Map = 96Mb)
Voice - User selectable voice styles announce turn-by-turn direction with advanced warning of distance to turn.
Back-on-Track™ - Dynamic re-routing constantly monitors your location and automatically recalculates your route in the event of you going off track due to road closures or diversions.

PLEASE NOTE: The Smart ST Software is only suitable for the Navman 3000 that was supplied with SmartPath software. It is the same as is supplied with the Mavman 3400 and 3450.

The iPAQ Navman that was supplied with CoPilot software is different & will need a software "workaround" to use this software. This is a very quick & simple thing to do.
